Role Description

We are seeking a creative, detail-driven Social Media Content Creator to elevate and execute our day-to-day social presence.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the camera, understands luxury storytelling, and can translate high-end experiences into compelling digital content. You will report directly to our Director of Public Relations & Marketing and capture the world of private aviation, from aircraft features to behind the scenes industry insights, transforming it into refined, high impact content across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Capture short form video and photography on site, including airports, office settings, and events
• Edit and produce polished content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, and Facebook
• Own day-to-day platform management and publishing
• Develop and maintain a strategic monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives
• Write elevated, confident captions that reflect the brand’s voice
• Track performance metrics and recommend data driven optimizations
• Collaborate cross functionally on campaigns, launches, and key brand initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts
• Strong video production skills, including shooting and editing on mobile and professional camera equipment
• Proficiency in editing platforms such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe tools for light graphic design
• Deep understanding of platform trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
• Comfort operating in dynamic environments, including airports and travel settings with fast-paced schedules
• Strong aesthetic judgment with meticulous attention to brand consistency
• Experience working with luxury, travel, aviation, or lifestyle brands

Position Structure and Compensation

This is a part-time, flexible hybrid role that is primarily remote, with required in-person presence for planning sessions, shoot dates, and-on site content capture, including office and airport locations.

The expected commitment is 20 hours per week, with compensation ranging from $25.00 to $32.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
