This is not a desk job.

You'll be the shooter, editor, and storyteller behind Matt King's (@mattking.atx) daily life — capturing real moments across cycling, workouts, travel, podcasts, and high-stakes business conversations, then turning them into short-form content that actually performs.

We're not looking for someone who waits for direction. We want someone who walks into a room, sees the story, and knows how to get it on camera before the moment passes.

What You'll Do

Film and edit high-volume short-form content built for views, retention, comments, and shares. Capture authentic moments in fast-moving, chaotic environments. Bring strong storytelling instincts — hooks, pacing, structure, value. Generate your own ideas while collaborating closely with the team. Work across companies in Matt's portfolio, not just one brand. Stay sharp on social media culture, formats, and trends. Adapt fast to feedback, performance data, and shifting priorities.

Creative, fast, and hyper-organized. You've turned real moments into high-performing content before — and you know the difference between footage and a story. You don't need everything handed to you. You show up with ideas and the skill to execute them.

Requirements

Must live in or be willing to relocate to Austin / Dripping Springs, Texas.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
