Social Media Content Creator (Part-Time / Contract / Internship)

Baltimore, MD (on-site at marina)

We’re looking for a creative, driven content creator to help grow Hank’s Houseboats—one of the most unique luxury experiences on the water.

You’ll be capturing real moments: houseboats being built, launched, and lived in—and turning them into content that gets attention.

What you’ll do:

• Film short-form video (iPhone is fine)
• Edit TikToks, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Capture day-to-day activity at our marina
• Help bring creative ideas for content that stands out
• Post consistently and track what performs

What we’re looking for:

• Strong understanding of TikTok / Instagram trends
• Knows how to make content that hooks in the first 3 seconds
• Comfortable filming in real environments (not staged)
• Self-starter with good energy and ideas
• Bonus: experience with CapCut or similar editing tools

Compensation:

• $20–$25/hour
• Performance bonuses for high-performing content

This isn’t a typical content role—you’ll be documenting a real business building luxury houseboats from the ground up. We're building something big.
