Job Overview

Duties

• Develop and execute creative content strategies tailored to various social media channels, including, but not limited to Brand Website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Produce high-quality multimedia content such as graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage daily social media activities using platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Director to align content with campaigns and product launches.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by incorporating relevant keywords and hashtags to increase visibility.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on branding initiatives and promotional campaigns including Facebook Advertising and E-commerce promotions.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly to nurture community relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
• Track web analytics using tools like Google Analytics and Web analytics platforms to measure campaign success and refine strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing techniques, and emerging platforms to keep our content fresh and relevant. Maintain consistent brand voice and visuals across all channels.
• Assist with on-site product photography and video shoots.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in social media management or content creation with a strong portfolio showcasing multimedia projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and editing using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CapCut, Final Cut Pro and Adobe Creative Suite... or similar.
• Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and social listening techniques.
• Skilled in video editing and photography to produce engaging visual content.
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies including branding, public relations, Facebook Advertising, and E-commerce promotion.
• Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure all content is polished before publishing.
• Strong relationship management skills to foster collaborations with influencers or partners when needed.
• Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics or similar tools to assess campaign performance effectively.
• Ability to manage a content calendar across multiple brands.
