Social Media Content Creator

Position Overview

We are looking for a high-output Content Creator / Videographer to document our daily operations and turn real service calls into engaging content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

This is not a desk job.
You will be in the field, capturing real work, real people, and real results.

Your role is simple:
Turn what we do every day into content that drives attention, trust, and leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Film daily content on job sites (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
• Capture before/after footage, technician work, and customer interactions
• Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• Post consistently across social platforms (Meta, TikTok)
• Write simple, clear captions aligned with our brand
• Identify trends and apply them to our industry
• Organize and manage video/content library
• Work directly with leadership to align content with business goals

What We’re Looking For

• Strong video shooting and editing skills (phone + basic equipment)
• Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook content
• Ability to move fast and work independently
• Comfortable being on job sites and around crews
• Strong work ethic and accountability
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
