Duties

• Create high-quality visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce eye-catching graphics, videos, and photography that resonate with target audiences.
• Manage daily social media postings using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, ensuring consistent branding and timely delivery of content.
• Conduct social listening to monitor trends, audience feedback, and competitor activity to inform content creation and engagement tactics.
• Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and hashtags to increase visibility and reach.
• Analyze web and social media analytics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly.
• Engage with followers through relationship management practices, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster community growth.
• Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure messaging aligns with overall branding initiatives and campaign objectives.
• Support paid advertising efforts by creating engaging Facebook Ads and other digital marketing campaigns to amplify reach.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our content fresh and innovative.

<Experience>

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
• Hands-on experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer is required.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with video editing software for creating engaging multimedia content is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social listening tools and techniques to monitor brand reputation and industry trends.
• Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure all content is polished before publication.
