Job/Role Summary:
Job Description and Brief Overview of the Job Role:
We are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator – Junior Marketer to join our marketing team. This role focuses on content creation, social media management, and community engagement.
You will play a key role in building Sparts’ online presence, engaging with our audience, and supporting marketing campaigns that drive growth and brand awareness. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is passionate about content, trends, and connecting with people.
You’ll help produce Instagram Reels, TikToks, and short videos that showcase Sparts’ brand and services —being in front of the camera, filming content, and editing engaging clips.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create, record, and edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
· · Be the face of Sparts in some videos — presenting, explaining, or showcasing our services and lifestyle content.
· Plan and shoot creative campaigns — from concept to execution.
· Create engaging and high-quality content (videos, posts, captions, stories) across social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
· Manage and grow Sparts’ social media presence, including posting, responding to comments/messages, and engaging with the community
· Build and nurture a strong community of users by interacting with customers, answering inquiries, and collecting feedback
· Stay up-to-date with market trends, digital marketing strategies, and social media best practices
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies and campaigns
· Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives such as giveaways, collaborations, and events
· Work closely with designers and internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand identity
· Track and report performance of content and campaigns (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.)
· Support overall marketing efforts including campaign execution, research, and idea generation
Job/Role Requirements:
What we’re looking for…
· 0–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation
· Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
· Ability to create engaging photo/video content using mobile or basic tools (scripting, shooting, editing, posting)
· Someone who is confident and isn’t afraid to be in front of the camera and/or record voiceovers.

Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
· Experience: Fresh graduate to 2 years of experience (internships are a plus)
· Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
· Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using social media platforms, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
· Knowledge: Understanding of marketing dynamics and digital marketing fundamentals (automotive knowledge is a plus)
· Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and manage time effectively
· Valid Kuwaiti Driver’s License
