Social Media Content Creator & Manager

We are looking for a creative, reliable, and motivated Social Media Content Creator & Manager to help grow our Mexican ingredient and food business online.

This role includes:

- Filming TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts content

- Editing short-form videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)

- Posting content consistently

- Helping create content ideas

- Managing social media accounts

- Creating engaging product and behind-the-scenes content

Our business includes:

- Mexican spices and ingredients

- Nuts and snacks

- Warehouse and packing operations

- Retail and wholesale customers

We are looking for someone who understands modern short-form content and can help grow engagement, traffic, and sales through social media.

Responsibilities:

- Create and post engaging short-form content

- Film products, warehouse activity, packaging, and business operations

- Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts

- Help improve social media growth and engagement

- Assist with content planning and trends

- Repurpose content across multiple platforms

Requirements:

- Experience creating TikTok/Reels/Shorts content

- Comfortable filming with smartphone or camera

- Basic to intermediate video editing skills

- Organized and reliable

- Understanding of social media trends

- Must provide Instagram, TikTok, portfolio, or examples of previous work

Experience with food brands, ecommerce, or small businesses is a plus.

Part-time / Contract position.

Flexible schedule.

Local candidates preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $28.00 per hour
