Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to manage and create engaging content across our digital platforms. The role combines social media management, content creation, trend monitoring, community engagement, and creative storytelling to strengthen the brand presence and grow audience engagement.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, organized, trend-driven, and passionate about creating impactful content that aligns with the brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Create, film, and edit engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms

•⁠ ⁠Develop monthly content calendars and creative content ideas

•⁠ ⁠Plan and execute reels, videos, stories, interviews, lifestyle content, and behind-the-scenes coverage

•⁠ ⁠Write engaging captions and social media copy in line with the brand tone of voice

•⁠ ⁠Manage daily posting and scheduling across platforms

•⁠ ⁠Monitor trends, viral content, hashtags, and platform updates

•⁠ ⁠Engage with the online community through comments, messages, and interactions

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with designers, photographers, influencers, and marketing teams

•⁠ ⁠Cover events, activations, launches, and campaigns when needed

•⁠ ⁠Ensure consistency of branding, visuals, and messaging across all platforms

•⁠ ⁠Track social media performance and provide monthly reports and insights

•⁠ ⁠Assist in sponsored campaigns and influencer collaborations

•⁠ ⁠Organize and maintain content folders, assets, and media libraries

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field is preferred

•⁠ ⁠2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and digital trends

•⁠ ⁠Skilled in content shooting and editing using mobile and/or camera equipment

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in editing applications such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English and Arabic

•⁠ ⁠Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

•⁠ ⁠Strong organizational and time-management skills

•⁠ ⁠Flexible for events, shoots, and campaign coverage when required
