We’re now looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes trends, brings big ideas to life, and knows how to capture attention in a scroll-stopping second.

Who You Are:
You’re a creative force with a passion for visual storytelling. You know how to craft content that’s not just beautiful—but viral. From TikTok trends to cinematic reels, you’re always ahead of the curve. You love aesthetics, are deeply plugged into the culture, and are ready to help build the most iconic beauty brand in Miami.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit daily photo/video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Stay ahead of digital trends and creatively apply them to the Get Refreshed brand
• Collaborate with injectors, aestheticians, and the founder to highlight procedures, before/afters, testimonials, and lifestyle moments
• Develop mini-campaigns and storytelling series that build brand narrative and drive engagement
• Edit with precision using tools like r CapCut
• Manage equipment, lighting, and studio space to maintain high production quality
• Capture behind-the-scenes, team culture, events, and viral-worthy moments in real time
• Contribute fresh concepts weekly—bring the “wow” factor

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, video production, or social media marketing
• Deep understanding of current trends, sound design, viral formats, and platform algorithms
• Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut or similar)
• Portfolio of TikToks, Reels, or branded content that showcases creative range
• Skilled with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, highly creative environment
• Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and wellness content a major plus
• Strong communication and ability to direct/coach talent during shoots
