Duties

• Develop and produce captivating content for various social media platforms, including photos, videos, and written posts.
• Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule and publish content efficiently.
• Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer feedback, trending topics, and brand sentiment.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns that boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator to create eye-catching graphics and visuals.
• Track content performance through web analytics like Google Analytics and social media metrics to optimize future posts.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster strong relationships.

Skills

• Proficiency in social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of SEO strategies and keyword research to enhance content visibility.
• Experience with video editing and photography to produce high-quality multimedia content.
• Familiarity with social listening tools and web analytics for data-driven decision making.
• Excellent proofreading skills to ensure clear, error-free messaging.
