Always-On Content Creation

Create, produce, and edit consistent, high-volume social content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
-
Develop trend-driven videos, reactive memes, lo-fi content, comments-to-content concepts, and creator-style storytelling

Execute social-first creative that feels native to each platform and aligns with evolving audience behaviors
Trend Monitoring & Cultural Relevance

Stay plugged into emerging trends, sounds, memes, creators, and platform behaviors in realtime

Quickly identify and execute reactive content opportunities that drive engagement and relevance
-
Utilize emerging AI tools to support ideation, trend mapping, lightweight editing, visual experimentation, and production efficiencies while maintaining authentic, human-led storytelling
Community Management & Brand Voice

Manage daily community engagement across social platforms including comments, DMs, and reactive responses

Participate in platform conversations and engage with creators, brands, and audiences in a timely and culturally relevant manner

Help develop and maintain a recognizable channel voice, tone, and person

QUALIFICATIONS

2–5 years of experience creating content for brands, creators, publishers, or social-first pla

tformsPassion for social media, content creation, and digital storytelling

Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms

Strong creative instincts with the ability to quickly identify and react to trends

Proven ability to independently concept, shoot, edit, and publish social-first content

Experience creating lo-fi, creator-style content using native platform editing techniques

Strong copywriting and caption-writing skills with an understanding of brand voice and internet culture

Experience managing community engagement including comments, DMs, reactive responses, and brand interactions

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly reactive social environment with quick turnaround timelines

Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner cross-functionally

Understanding of social analytics and ability to identify content performance trends and audience engagement insights
