Social Media Content Creator

Position Overview

The Creative Videographer & Editor will be responsible for:

• Filming social media content
• Editing high-performing short-form videos
• Capturing in-store culture and customer interactions
• Producing luxury-focused product visuals
• Working directly with the marketing and social media team
• Helping execute the Oscar Stone content vision across all platforms

This is a highly creative and fast-paced role with heavy focus on:

• Instagram Reels
• TikTok
• YouTube Shorts
• Lifestyle content
• Product storytelling
• Viral social content

ResponsibilitiesContent Production

• Film content at all 4 Oscar Stone locations
• Capture product videos, customer interactions, behind-the-scenes footage, skits, and lifestyle content
• Set up lighting, angles, and creative shots for jewelry and luxury visuals
• Travel between store locations when needed

Video Editing

• Edit high-quality short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Add captions, transitions, effects, music, and sound design
• Deliver content optimized for engagement and conversion
• Turn around edits quickly in a fast-paced environment

Creative Direction

• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign concepts
• Bring fresh ideas, trends, and viral content strategies
• Help shape Oscar Stone’s evolving luxury-meets-culture brand image
• Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates

Brand Execution

• Maintain consistent visual identity across all content
• Create content that feels bold, iconic, and culturally relevant
• Balance luxury aesthetics with authentic street culture energy

Qualifications

• Experience filming and editing social media content
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and viral content structure
• CapCut
• Strong eye for lighting, framing, and pacing
• Ability to work independently and move quickly
• Experience with luxury, fashion, jewelry, music, or lifestyle brands is a major plus
• Must be highly organized and dependable
• Must be comfortable working in fast-paced retail environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
