Social Media Content Creator & Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality and engaging content (posts, captions, reels, stories, videos, and graphics).
  • Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
  • Plan and schedule content using social media management tools.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages professionally.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Run and monitor paid social media campaigns when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content creation and management.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
  • Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of photography and videography is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Native Arabic speaker with very good English skills
