We are looking for an organized, creative, and energetic Social Media Content Creator & Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will manage the nursery’s social media presence, create engaging content, support daily administrative tasks, and assist with communication between parents and the nursery. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, organized, and enjoys working in an educational environment.

ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content Creation

• Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
• Plan and schedule social media posts and campaigns
• Capture nursery activities, events, and classroom moments professionally
• Write creative captions and promotional content
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages/comments professionally
• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and event advertising
• Design flyers, posters, and simple marketing materials

Administrative Duties

• Support daily administrative and office tasks
• Answer phone calls and respond to parent inquiries
• Maintain student records and documentation
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules
• Assist with admissions and parent communication
• Organize files and maintain office systems
• Support management with day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or administrative support
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and Canva
• Basic photography and video editing skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and able to multitask
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in schools, nurseries, or educational settings is an advantage
