Social Media Content Creator / Brand Content Specialist

CargoLoop is looking for a creative, energetic, and self-motivated Social Media Content Creator to help build and grow our social media presence from the ground up.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys filming, editing, posting, and creating content that people actually want to watch. The right person will take ownership of our social media platforms and help bring our brand, team, terminals, and industry to life through engaging short-form content.

We are looking for someone with ideas, initiative, and a strong understanding of what works on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage a consistent social media content schedule

Create Reels, TikToks, Stories, short-form videos, and static posts

Film and edit original content for company social media platforms

Use existing company videos and materials to create new content

Travel occasionally to company terminals and locations to film content

Capture behind-the-scenes videos, office culture, employee moments, terminal activity, and day-in-the-life content

Help create social media challenges, campaigns, and engagement-focused posts

Monitor comments, messages, and engagement on social platforms

Track basic performance metrics and share what content is working

Support brand awareness and help build a strong online presence for the company

Requirements

Portfolio or examples of social media/content work required

Experience creating short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms

Comfortable filming, editing, and being on camera when needed

Strong creative judgment and understanding of social media trends

Ability to work independently and bring new ideas

Good written English for captions, posts, and communication

Organized and able to keep a consistent posting schedule

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing brand or business social media pages

Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar editing/design tools

Experience with Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or similar scheduling tools

Interest in logistics, transportation, freight, or automotive shipping

Knowledge of Polish, Bulgarian, Ukrainian, or Russian is a plus
