Teza Doors & Windows is a fast-growing modern doors and windows company specializing in luxury residential and commercial products. We are looking for a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Social Media Content Creator to help take our brand to the next level.

This is NOT just a posting job. We are looking for someone who can create high-quality content, confidently speak in front of the camera, film professional videos, edit engaging content, interact with customers online, analyze performance data, and help generate leads through social media.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging daily content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
• Film high-quality videos and photos of products, showroom, projects, and installations
• Edit professional short-form and long-form video content
• Be comfortable speaking on camera and representing the company brand
• Develop creative marketing ideas and trending content
• Monitor social media analytics and improve performance based on data
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions professionally
• Help generate leads and increase brand awareness through content strategy
• Coordinate with sales and management teams for promotions and campaigns
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and viral content strategies

Requirements

• Experience with social media content creation and management
• Strong video filming and editing skills
• Comfortable being on camera and communicating professionally
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, etc.
• Experience with editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar
• Understanding of social media analytics and growth strategies
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and bring new ideas to the company

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in luxury/home improvement/construction industry is a plus
• Photography and drone experience is a plus
• Experience running ads or boosting social media engagement is a plus
