Social Media Content Creator & Coordinator

Position Overview

Cultivated Agency is looking for a creative and organized Social Media Content Creator & Coordinator to help manage and grow our brands across social media.

This role is for someone who understands both sides of social media: the creative side and the execution side. You must be able to help create content ideas, write captions, understand trends, and support content creation, but the core of this role is organization, scheduling, DMs, influencer recruiting, UGC tracking, and keeping the social media calendar moving.

This is not just a posting role, and it is not only a content creation role. We need someone who can help keep our social media organized, active, responsive, and on-brand.

Our agency works with brands in the cannabis, hemp, nicotine, vape, lifestyle, and consumer product industries, so candidates must be comfortable working with 21+ brands and following compliant marketing guidelines.

About Cultivated Agency

Cultivated Agency is an in-house branding and marketing team that supports multiple brands across cannabis, hemp, vape, lifestyle, and consumer products. We create social media content, campaigns, product launches, influencer programs, digital media, packaging support, and brand storytelling.

Because we work across multiple brands, this role requires someone who can adapt to different tones and audiences. Each brand has its own voice, and this person must be able to understand the difference between them.

  • Monitor competitors and similar lifestyle brands for inspiration and positioning.
