Social Media Content Creator & Creative Assistant (Full-Time)

Honey Veil Co. is a Miami-based modern matcha café founded by sisters Ceci and Regi to bring their passion for matcha and hospitality to their community. Starting as a small pop-up, it has evolved into a thriving movement known for premium first harvest matcha sourced directly from Japan, handcrafted baked goods, and fostering community connections.

As we continue to grow and expand to three locations across Miami, we're looking for someone who is creative, proactive, and excited to learn to join our team and bring our content to life.

The Role

We’re hiring a full-time Social Media Content Creator to own content end-to-end.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and executing content daily, working closely with our team to make sure everything we post feels aligned, intentional, and visually strong.

This is a hybrid role:

• In-person for shoot days and key content moments
• Remote for planning, editing, and organization

You won’t just be posting, you’ll be helping shape how Honey Veil shows up online, with the opportunity to explore and expand into new platforms as the brand grows.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

• Planning and organizing content 2 weeks in advance
• Filming and editing short-form videos (TikTok, Reels)
• Shooting aesthetic, high-quality photos (product, lifestyle, details)
• Turning campaign ideas into actual content
• Leading shoot days and capturing everything needed
• Directing others on camera (founders, team, customers)
• Reviewing content and making sure nothing is missing before moving forward
• Iterating based on feedback and improving content over time
• Staying on top of trends and adapting them to fit the brand
• Supporting the exploration of new platforms and content formats over time
• Acting as the bridge between creative direction and marketing priorities to ensure everything is aligned
• Create influencer lists and do outreach.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of TikTok & IG and short-form content
• A good visual eye (video + photography)
• Ability to shoot high-quality content using a phone (lighting, angles, composition)
• Basic editing skills (CapCut, Canva or similar)
• Basic to intermediate understanding of social media
• Some exposure to marketing (coursework, projects, or experience is a plus)
• Organized and able to manage multiple pieces of content
• Proactive and able to take initiative
• Positive attitude and strong team player
• Excited to learn, grow, and be part of a fast-moving brand
• Comfortable working in a remote, digital-first environment — we operate as an online team, so you should be confident navigating corporate planning and communication platforms (Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.), showing up to video calls fully present, and treating weekly check-ins as key moments to receive feedback and stay aligned
• Must be based in Miami for in-person shoot days.
