Social Media Content Creator & Creative Designer

Job Summary:
TAK Devs (Pvt.) Ltd. is a fast-growing software development & AI consultancy firm serving clients across the US, EU, and Middle East. We build AI-powered products and enterprise platforms that solve real business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality social media posts, creatives, carousels, and visual content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X/Twitter.
• Produce and edit short-form videos and reels optimized for each platform's format and audience(Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, and CapCut.).
• Handle on-location and in-studio video shoots using professional cameras with strong framing, lighting, and composition.
• Create high-converting paid ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all visual and digital touchpoints.
• Contribute to branding and visual communications for international tech events (e.g., LEAP Riyadh, Web Summit) and in-house events.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation and/or creative design.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, and CapCut.
• Skilled in video production, editing, and on-location shooting using professional cameras.
• Proficient in social media storytelling with the ability to craft compelling narratives tailored to platform-specific formats and audiences.
• Experienced in creating paid ad creatives optimized for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong knowledge of audience engagement techniques and community management best practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Arts or a related design field (Optional).
• Candidates with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills are encouraged to apply.

Bonus Skills:

• Motion graphics and animated content creation.
• Basic knowledge of SEO or paid social media advertising.
• Exposure to B2B tech or AI brand visual communication.
