Social Media Content Creator for multi-location dental practice

Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms, as well as going out into the community and engaging with potential referral sources, patients, and community outreach. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and analytics to optimize performance across various channels.

Duties

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
• Manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate community outreach events and partnerships.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
• Maintain and update the practice’s website and Google listings.
• Travel between offices
• Visit referral sources for relationship management

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (dental/healthcare experience a plus).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a creative mindset.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and basic photo/video editing software
