The Vision

Bao Button is seeking a Philadelphia-based creator to bring a refined, Japanese-inspired aesthetic to our social media. We are looking for a long-term partner who appreciates a clean, minimalist, and elegant style—utilizing soft natural lighting and high-quality visuals to tell our story.

The Role

• Production: Create 4–8 high-quality pieces of content per week (15–60s Reels/TikToks, plus static carousels).
• Full Cycle: Concept, script, shoot, edit, and write captions/hashtags.
• Brand Integration: Deeply integrate our specific brand guidelines into every piece of content.
• Philly Local: Leverage your knowledge of the local vibe and audience to keep content relevant and trending.

Requirements

• Based in Philadelphia: Must be available for regular on-site shooting.
• Specific Aesthetic: Portfolio must show a minimalist, clean, or Japanese-inspired style.
• Professionalism: Strong communication and the ability to manage a consistent weekly delivery.
• Collaborative Spirit: We are looking for someone to grow with us through an ongoing, monthly retainer.
