Job Description - Social Media Content Creator

Location: Gurugram DLF Phase 1, Sector 28

Work mode: Hybrid ( Work from Home & Site Visits)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Content Creator at Novella Kitchens who can bring our brand to life through engaging visuals, stories, and videos. If you have a knack for storytelling, enjoy being behind (or in front of) the camera, and love experimenting with new trends, we’d love to have you on board!

What You’ll Do:

• Create engaging photo, video, and reel content for all social media platforms -Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn etc.
• Visit client ready kitchen sites 2–3 times a week to shoot videos or photos of completed projects (either using your face or just showcasing the kitchen designs).
• Capture and plan fun behind-the-scenes or office activity moments to keep our social feed lively.
• Edit and finalize content in your own comfortable environment , creativity has no boundaries!
• Manage and schedule daily posts, stories, and reels across all platforms.
• Stay updated with social media trends, ensuring Novella Kitchens is always on trend.
• Use Canva (basic or premium) or other editing tools to create professional-looking posts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone with a creative mind and eye for aesthetics.
• Familiar with current social media trends.
• Basic video editing and Canva design skills are a (must)
• A self-starter who can plan, shoot, edit, and post with minimal supervision.
