Social Media Content Creator (Hybrid – İstanbul)

28014 is an award-winning digital marketing agency specialized in arts, culture, and events . We build creative performance marketing strategies and media buying consultancies for local and international brands such as Mobilet, OMM Shop, Pernigotti, My Beachy Side, Feast , and more.

We are now looking to extend our content creation capabilities with a passionate Social Media Content Creator who loves events, concerts, and theaters .

If you’re the kind of person who can shoot videos, capture moments, edit on the go, and share them across social platforms – we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do

• Attend events, concerts, and cultural gatherings to create real-time content (video, photo, reels, stories).
• Shoot, edit, and publish content quickly with a strong sense of storytelling.
• Design and deliver digital assets for relevant channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Manage posting schedules and create captions (copywriting experience is a plus).
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
• Work closely with our team of editors, designers, and account managers.

What we expect

• 1+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or in a similar role.
• Strong photography and videography skills (including mobile-first content).
• Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar).
• Ability to work in hybrid mode – but you must be based in İstanbul to join events.
• Excellent eye for design, composition, and storytelling.
• A proactive, self-starter attitude and ability to manage your own workload.
• A strong portfolio or website showing relevant work (this is mandatory).
