Social Media Content Creator Internship in Gurgaon

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Develop, implement, and manage a social media strategy aligned with brand goals, target audience, and current trends.
• Create, script, and produce high-quality content (copy, images, videos, reels, stories) tailored for each platform — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
• Conduct trend analysis to stay updated with the latest social/digital trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity.
• Manage the social media content calendar — plan campaigns, schedule posts, and ensure timely delivery with designers and marketing teams.
• Handle brand social accounts — publish content, monitor engagement, and build a vibrant community.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product, influencers) for integrated campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, clicks, conversions) and generate insights to optimize strategy.
• Conduct A/B testing of content formats, captions, posting times, and hashtags to improve reach and engagement.
• Maintain brand consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
• Identify and engage with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborations and UGC initiatives.
• Use social media management tools for scheduling and analytics.
• Provide monthly/quarterly reports on performance, insights, and recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to platform best practices, brand guidelines, and compliance (copyright & data/privacy).
