Social Media Content Creator & Manager

The Division of Student Affairs is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Content
Creator & Manager to lead content creation and day-to-day management of the division’s
social media platforms. This role is ideal for students passionate about storytelling, digital
media, and student engagement who want hands-on experience building a brand and
connecting with a campus audience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage content across all Division of Student Affairs social media platforms
  • Develop engaging, student-centered content that highlights the student & staff experience
  • Plan, schedule, and post consistent content that aligns with division priorities
  • Collaborate with the Division Communication and Assessment team to promote initiatives, programs, and experiences
  • Capture photo and video content at events and across campus
  • Edit and produce high-quality social media content (graphics, reels, short-form video, etc.)
  • Monitor engagement and contribute ideas to increase reach, interaction, and student involvement
  • Help maintain a consistent and engaging voice across all platforms
  • Other duties as assigned
