Social Media Content Creator & Manager for Restaurant / F&B

About Us:
We are a growing restaurant group in Karachi offering unique dining experiences (including interactive concepts like Table top Grilling. We are looking for a creative, hands-on content creator who can bring our brand to life on social media and drive real customer engagement and footfall.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. This is a content-first role, requiring both creativity and execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Shoot and edit high-quality food photography and video content (Reels/TikTok)

· Develop and execute monthly content calendars

· Capture in-restaurant experiences (food, ambience, customer interaction)

· Write engaging captions (English + Urdu mix preferred)

· Manage comments, DMs, and customer engagement

· Track performance and improve content based on analytics

· Coordinate with influencers and food bloggers

· Support promotional campaigns and seasonal offers

Required Skills

· Strong skills in mobile videography and editing (CapCut / Premiere / Canva)

· Understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends

· Ability to create viral-style short-form content

· Basic knowledge of social media analytics

· Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

F&B Experience (Preferred)

· Experience working with restaurants, cafes, or food brands

· Ability to capture:

o Food close-ups (cheese pull, steam, grill, etc.)

o Dining experience & ambience

o Live cooking or interactive dining

Experience

· 1–3 years (Junior/Mid-level)

· Strong portfolio is mandatory (Instagram/TikTok links required)

Soft Skills

· Proactive and self-driven

· Fast execution and adaptability

· Good communication skills
