Duties

• Develop compelling and visually appealing content for various social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with brand goals and marketing strategies.
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content strategies.
• Use graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to create eye-catching visuals and videos.
• Manage scheduling and posting of content using social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Support public relations efforts by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering community relationships.
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future content.
• Assist in keyword research for SEO purposes to enhance content visibility across search engines.
• Contribute to branding initiatives by maintaining consistent visual identity across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on e-commerce promotions and digital advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising.

Experience

• Prior experience or strong interest in social media management, content creation or digital marketing is preferred.
• Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of social media platforms’ features including Facebook Ads Manager and analytics tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics, and social listening tools is advantageous.
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and detail-oriented editing.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
