Social Media Content Creator & Marketing Specialist

Mylar Bag Depot is seeking a full-time, in-house Social Media Content Creator & Marketing Specialist to create engaging content and grow our brand across TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

This position is responsible for creating daily content, managing social media accounts, engaging with customers, and helping drive online sales through creative and effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create, film, edit, and publish daily content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social platforms
• Produce product videos, unboxings, demonstrations, lifestyle content, and promotional campaigns
• Create shoppable content that increases engagement and sales
• Manage multiple company social media accounts
• Stay on top of social media trends, viral content, and platform updates
• Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service through social media channels
• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Monitor account performance and recommend growth strategies
• Work closely with management to execute content and marketing plans
• Help build brand awareness and increase online sales

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram
• Strong understanding of social media marketing
• Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing software
• Comfortable filming and appearing in videos
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and creative
• Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously
• Experience with e-commerce brands is preferred

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
