247Payments helps independently-owned businesses cut or eliminate their card processing fees through cash discount and zero-cost processing programs. Residual Playbook, our sister brand, teaches people how to build recurring income in the payments space. Both brands have a story to tell — and we're looking for the person to be the face that tells it.

The role

We're hiring a Brand Content Creator & On-Camera Host to be the recognizable personality behind our brands across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta. You'll work directly with our CMO, who will supply ideas, talking points, and a content library to pull from — but we also want someone who brings their own instincts and pitches their own concepts.

This is a face-of-the-brand role. If you're someone who lights up on camera, understands what makes people stop scrolling, and wants to build two brands into recognizable names, this is for you.

What you'll do

• Be the on-camera host and recurring personality for 247Payments and Residual Playbook
• Post daily across TikTok, Instagram (Reels/Stories/Feed), YouTube (Shorts + long-form), and Meta
• Turn our existing content library and the CMO's ideas into platform-native short-form video
• Pitch and create your own content concepts alongside what's provided
• Write hooks, captions, and on-screen copy that fit each platform's rhythm
• Manage comments and light community engagement
• Track what's working (views, watch time, engagement) and adjust

Who you are

• Genuinely comfortable and compelling on camera — this is a hosting role, not a behind-the-scenes one
• Fluent in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta as a creator, not just a user — you understand the first-two-seconds hook
• Self-directed and consistent enough to hit a daily posting cadence
• A strong communicator who can make payments and business topics feel approachable and engaging
• Bonus: you can lightly edit your own video (CapCut, Premiere, or similar). Not required, but a plus.

Nice to have

• A track record creating your own short-form content or UGC for brands (personal following size matters less than evidence you understand the craft)
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and basic analytics
• Interest in small business, finance, or entrepreneurship
