Social Media Content Creator – Sneakers, Streetwear & Retail

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Content Creator to join HypeSelection, a sneaker, streetwear, accessories, and collectibles store based in Mirdif City Centre, Dubai.

This role is ideal for someone who understands Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat streetwear culture, sneaker trends, and short-form video content. We are looking for someone who can create content that feels current, engaging, and authentic to the brand.

You should be comfortable shooting, editing, posting, and helping bring product stories to life across social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Snapchat and Stories.
• Shoot product content in-store, including sneakers, streetwear, accessories, collectibles, and new arrivals.
• Edit videos using mobile editing tools or software such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
• Support daily and weekly content planning.
• Identify social media trends and adapt them for the HypeSelection brand.
• Create engaging product-focused content, including try-ons, unboxings, styling videos, store content, drops, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Write simple captions and support with posting across Instagram and TikTok.
• Assist with community engagement by responding to comments and messages where required.
• Work with the team to capture content during store activations, product launches, collaborations, and campaigns.
• Track basic content performance and suggest ideas to improve reach, engagement, and sales.
• Ensure content is aligned with the brand’s style, tone, and customer audience.

Requirements

• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, or other social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of short-form video trends.
• Comfortable shooting and editing content using a phone.
• Interest in sneakers, streetwear, fashion, lifestyle, collectibles, or youth culture.
• Basic copywriting skills for captions and product content.
• Ability to work from our store in Mirdif City Centre.
• Creative, reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Portfolio, Instagram/TikTok page, or sample videos are required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience creating content for a retail, fashion, sneaker, streetwear, or lifestyle brand.
• Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and paid social content is a plus.
• Photography or product styling experience is a plus.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can bring ideas, move quickly, and create content that feels natural to the sneaker and streetwear space.

This is not only a posting role. The right person should be able to spot trends, create content, shoot products well, edit short videos, and help make HypeSelection more visible across Instagram, Snpachat and TikTok.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
