Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role will involve managing various digital channels, analyzing campaign performance, Designing daily content and optimizing tactics to achieve business objectives.

• Create and publish daily social media content — including graphics, carousels, short videos (reels), edits, and visual posts tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
• Design visually compelling creatives using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
• Edit videos and motion content that capture attention and trend engagement.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and on-brand messaging that boost interaction and visibility.
• Manage content calendars and schedules to maintain consistency and timeliness.
• Monitor social interactions — respond to comments, messages, and nurture audience engagement.
• Track performance metrics and participate in optimizing content strategy based on data insights.
• Stay updated with trends in social platforms and design best practices to keep our content fresh and competitive.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation and management.
• Strong graphic design skills — proficient in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Video editing ability with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
• Excellent creative visual storytelling and copywriting capabilities.
• Familiarity with platform trends, features, and best practices across social networks.
• Good understanding of metrics and analytics to measure reach, engagement, and performance.
• Organized, deadline-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

We’re seeking someone who brings creative energy, attention to detail, and a passion for social media trends and design. You’ll play a key role in strengthening our digital presence and connecting our brand with its audience through impactful visuals and smart content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
