Job Title: Social Media & Content Executive
About the Role
The Social Media & Content Executive will manage the digital presence of Velo Gym, Run of the Mill, and Neighborhood Restaurant across Instagram and TikTok. The role focuses on content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking. You’ll handle day-to-day posting, trend adaptation, and reporting, ensuring our brands stay engaging, consistent, and ahead of the curve.
Content Creation & Management
- Maintain and execute monthly content calendars for Instagram and TikTok.
- Create, edit, and publish content (photos, reels, videos, stories).
- Write engaging captions and select hashtags to maximize reach.
- Use trending audios, filters, and formats to keep content relevant.
- Support the design and rollout of creative campaign elements.
Trend Research
- Monitor TikTok and Instagram for new and emerging trends.
- Research online media opportunities (social media, blogs, forums) to inspire fresh content.
- Track seasonal and cultural events to create timely, engaging posts.
Campaign Support
- Assist in the creation and execution of digital campaigns with internal teams.
- Coordinate with the Brand Manager to align campaign deliverables.
- Support event coverage, pop-ups, and product launches with live social media activity.
- Track campaign progress and contribute to basic performance analysis.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor brand performance across digital platforms.
- Assist in preparing data-driven reports and insights.
- Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, saves, and shares.
- Provide recommendations based on performance data.
Community & Engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Engage with followers to build a loyal online community.
- Support influencer collaborations and community partnerships.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok platforms, including trends and algorithms.
- Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Instagram Insights and TikTok Analytics.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and design.
- Ability to multitask across multiple brands in a fast-paced environment.
