Karsaaz EBS is hiring a Social Media Content Creator & Graphic Designer to support the creation and management of structured, high-quality digital content across multiple platforms.

This role is focused on content execution, including design, caption writing, and maintaining consistent brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, and marketing visuals
• Create content aligned with brand guidelines
• Write clear and professional captions for social media platforms
• Assist in content ideation and campaign planning
• Manage publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Maintain consistency in visual quality and communication standards
• Coordinate with marketing and video production teams

Requirements

• 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in social media content creation or graphic design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva
• Understanding of social media formats (posts, carousels, reels, thumbnails)
• Basic understanding of current digital content trends

Preferred Skills

• Basic video editing knowledge
• Interest in content writing
• Familiarity with scheduling and publishing tools

Candidate Profile

• Strong attention to visual detail and content quality
• Organized and able to follow structured content schedules
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Willing to learn and adapt within a professional setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Levels background
• Good command of English
• Familiarity with AI tools and modern digital workflows

Work Details

• Location: Karachi (Gulshan-e-Iqbal or nearby preferred)
• Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
