Social Media Manager to own the digital presence and brand narrative for our two premier restaurant locations. This isn't just a posting role—it is a creative leadership position. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our content, from capturing high-end on-site visuals to managing data-driven ad campaigns that fill tables.

Core Responsibilities

• Content Production: Act as the primary creator for on-site photography and short-form video (Reels/TikTok).
• Multi-Platform Management: Execute a cohesive brand voice across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
• Performance Marketing: Manage the social advertising budget, utilizing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads to drive trackable conversions.
• Data Analysis: Use Google Analytics and platform insights to audit performance, identify trends, and pivot strategies based on ROI.
• Community & Reputation: Oversee brand interactions and crisis communications to ensure a premium guest experience online.

Required Expertise

• Visual Storytelling: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Premiere) or equivalent professional mobile editing tools.
• Technical Stack: Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
• Digital Strategy: Proven track record in performance marketing, SEO basics, and audience segmentation.
• Analytics: Ability to translate data (SQL knowledge is a plus) into actionable marketing reports.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing or social media management (Hospitality/Lifestyle experience preferred).
• Mobility: Must have reliable transportation to move between locations for content capture.
• Communication: Elite writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail.
