We are looking for an incredible, highly creative, detail-obsessed Social Media & Content Manager to join our fast-growing company. This is not an ordinary social role — we need someone with true talent, aesthetics, intuition for brand tone, and an ability to execute across multiple platforms with elevated taste.
Location
Remote role with the flexibility to come into our Long Island or NYC office 1–2 times per week to collaborate on content shoots, reels, and strategy.
About the Role
You will own and lead our social presence end-to-end:
brand strategy, storytelling, content planning, reels/video editing, graphic design, scheduling, analytics, engagement, and targeted ad boosting.
You should be someone who lives and breathes content, has a passion for luxury aesthetics, and understands how to create content that stops attention, drives engagement, and translates into brand growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage, grow, and innovate across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Create high-end visual content consistent with our brand tone and luxury aesthetic.
- Film, edit, and produce reels, behind-the-scenes clips, and brand storytelling videos.
- Design branded graphics, layouts, story slides, carousel posts, and event assets.
- Write engaging, authentic captions tailored to each platform and audience.
- Schedule and post content using Meta Business Suite.
- Manage and optimize ads/boosted posts, Facebook & Instagram targeting.
- Track analytics, insights, engagement metrics, and growth trends.
- Operate with speed, flexibility, and impeccable organization.
- Collaborate on content shoots (1–2 days in-person as needed).
Required Experience
- 2+ years managing social accounts for a brand, agency, or influencer
- Strong ability to film and edit video content (especially reels)
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
- High-level understanding of Meta tools, boosting, targeted ads
- Experience developing and executing a content calendar
- Strong copywriting skills and brand voice awareness
- Highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented
- Bonus: understanding of luxury, wellness, or lifestyle brands
