Content Manager & Executive Assistant (Full-Time Contractor | Atlanta, GA)

I’m a bilingual content creator based in Atlanta focused on women’s health, wellness, lifestyle, hormone health, and personal storytelling content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

I’m looking for a highly creative, organized, proactive woman to become my right-hand person as my brand continues to grow.

This role combines:

  • content editing
  • platform management
  • creative strategy
  • occasional executive/personal assistant support

I’m looking for someone who genuinely understands social media, creator culture, editing, storytelling, and content strategy—and wants to help build a growing personal brand long-term.

Work Structure

This role is primarily remote/work-from-home.

I do not have an office.

You’ll work independently from home and manage your own schedule as long as deliverables are completed on time and content stays on track.

Occasionally, we may:

  • meet at coffee shops
  • have planning/work sessions
  • meet for filming days
  • collaborate in person for brainstorming or content shoots

Must be based in Atlanta or within a reasonable driving distance to:

  • Sandy Springs
  • Perimeter
  • Dunwoody
  • Buckhead

ResponsibilitiesShort-Form Content Editing

  • Edit 20–30 short-form videos per month
  • Create highly engaging edits optimized for retention
  • Add:
  • captions
  • sound design
  • pacing edits
  • pattern interrupts
  • hooks
  • trend-forward editing styles
  • creative visual elements when needed

Must understand how to create polished, high-retention content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Long-Form YouTube Editing

  • Edit 2 YouTube videos per week (approximately 8/month)
  • Primarily vlog-style and talking-head content
  • Organize footage
  • Build strong story flow
  • Add music
  • Create polished rough cuts/drafts

These YouTube videos do not need to be fully finalized by you.

Your role is to create a strong rough draft that includes:

  • organized clips
  • strong pacing
  • music
  • overall story flow

From there:

  • I typically go into the edit myself and make final creative adjustments if needed
  • I create thumbnails
  • I write descriptions/titles/SEO details

After I provide final details, you’ll help upload and draft the final YouTube post.

Platform Management

Manage uploads/posting across:

  • TikTok
  • Instagram
  • YouTube
  • YouTube Shorts

Posting cadence may vary but generally includes:

  • TikTok: 1x daily
  • YouTube Shorts: 1x daily
  • Instagram: 1–3x daily depending on repost schedule
  • YouTube long-form uploads

Must stay on top of scheduling and ensure content is consistently posted.

Creative Strategy Support

  • Stay on top of social media trends
  • Understand what content is currently performing
  • Suggest content ideas
  • Help identify strong hooks
  • Understand SEO
  • Understand captions
  • Understand hashtags
  • Help review analytics/performance

I’m looking for someone who understands content deeply and can provide honest feedback on what’s working and what needs improvement.

Executive Assistant Support (Occasional)

This may occasionally include:

  • returns
  • pickups
  • assisting with errands
  • helping prep for shoots/events
  • occasional operational support

These tasks are occasional—not daily.

Equipment + Technical Requirements

Must have your own reliable equipment and tools to handle large amounts of content efficiently.

This includes:

  • Strong computer/laptop capable of handling large video files
  • Reliable storage systems
  • Strong internet connection
  • Editing software experience (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
  • Understanding of color correction
  • Understanding how to preserve video quality during editing/exporting/uploading
  • Basic graphic design skills are a plus
  • Familiarity with creative tools for visual elements/sketches/graphics is a plus

Bonus if you’re knowledgeable about:

  • cameras
  • filming equipment
  • lighting
  • microphones
  • content creation gear

Additional Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must have access to a reliable personal vehicle
  • Must be comfortable occasionally driving to:
  • content shoots
  • meetings/work sessions
  • store pickups/returns
  • occasional errands
  • filming locations

This role may occasionally require local travel within the Atlanta area for content-related responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Female preferred
  • Fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Strong understanding of Latino culture
  • Must understand both English and Spanish content
  • Must be highly organized
  • Must be proactive
  • Must be reliable with deadlines
  • Must understand creator culture

College degree is not required.

If you’re currently in college or recently graduated and have a flexible schedule, this role may still be a great fit.

What matters most is your experience, portfolio, creativity, and ability to execute.

Compensation

  • $3,000–$3,500/month

Trial Period

Final candidates will complete a paid two-week trial period to ensure strong creative fit and workflow alignment.
