Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a full-time Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator who is organized, creative, dependable, and ready to help manage marketing content for multiple client accounts.

This position works as part of an in-house marketing team in Cabot, Arkansas. The right candidate will help write, schedule, organize, proof, and manage social media content, email blasts, boosted posts, solo ads, and paid social media campaigns for multiple businesses.

This is a fast-paced position that requires strong communication, time management, organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines throughout the week.

This is an on site position and is not remote.

Responsbilities

  • Write weekly social media captions and marketing content for multiple clients
  • Schedule and manage social media posts
  • Proof content to clients and make revisions or updates as needed
  • Coordinate with graphic designer to assign and manage graphics for client campaigns
  • Keep track of monthly promotions, specials, deadlines, and marketing calendars for clients
  • Create, schedule, and monitor email blast campaigns
  • Boost social posts and monitor weekly social media promotion performance
  • Create solo ad captions and coordinate design assignments
  • Load and manage paid social media campaigns and boosts inside Meta platforms
  • Monitor ad budgets, campaign performance, and scheduling deadlines
  • Organize weekly tasks and maintain communication with team members regarding project status
  • Review designed graphics and provide feedback or revision requests before scheduling
  • Maintain organization across multiple client accounts and deadlines
  • Assist with additional marketing and office tasks as assigned
  • Create simple graphics when needed using Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe design tools
  • Make basic graphic edits, text changes, resizing, and formatting updates for social media, email, and ad content

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong written communication, spelling, and grammar skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently
  • Professional and dependable work ethic
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to accept feedback and make revisions quickly
  • Basic understanding of social media marketing and advertising
  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or scheduling platforms preferred
  • Basic graphic design experience required
  • Experience with Canva, Photoshop, PSD files, or Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • Ability to make simple design edits and follow brand guidelines
  • Must be comfortable reviewing graphics for accuracy before content is scheduled or sent to clients
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp is a plus
  • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
