Social Media & Content Marketing Manager

RixDigi PVT LTD is a fast-growing AI development & Automation company based in Karachi, we are seeking a versatile and proactive Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to own our brand’s digital voice. In this role, you will be the bridge between strategy and execution—writing high-converting copy for our website and social channels, directing visual design, and managing paid advertising campaigns. You will work closely with our Graphic Designer to bring visual content to life and collaborate with our SEO Specialist to optimize our web presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Plan, write, and schedule weekly content calendars across all major platforms. Craft highly engaging post captions and hooks.
• Creative Direction: Brainstorm visual concepts, write design briefs, and hand over structured content/copy to our Graphic Designer to create social and ad graphics.
• Website & SEO Copywriting: Write compelling, clear copy for our new website pages, landing pages, and blogs. Collaborate with our SEO specialist to integrate targeted keywords naturally into the text.
• Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize paid social media ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive leads and engagement.
• Reporting: Track monthly metrics (engagement, web traffic, ad ROI) and tweak strategies based on performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience managing social media and writing digital content (portfolio required).
• Copywriting: Exceptional English writing skills with the ability to switch tones between professional website copy and snappy social media captions.
• Ad Management: Hands-on experience running paid social media campaigns via Meta Business Suite or similar ad managers.
• SEO & Design Collaboration: Basic understanding of SEO concepts (keyword placement) and experience working alongside graphic designers/video editors.
• Tools: Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later) and design collaboration tools (Canva or Figma).

Job Details

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
• Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
