Position Summary

BE READY TO STAND OUT WITH YOUR CREATIVITY TO CATCH OUR ATTENTION! We are seeking a Social Media Content & Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes digital storytelling. This person will capture our fleet builds, our drone deployments, our culture, our clients, and our mission — and turn them into content that draws people in and grows our brand.

This role blends content creation, social media management, photography, videography, and brand marketing.

If you can take a raw photo of a police Tahoe on the shop floor, turn it into a scroll-stopping post, write the caption, build the hashtag strategy, and publish it across channels — you’re our person.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Capture high-quality photos & videos of vehicle builds, drone demos, events, and team culture
  • Edit content for fast turnaround (Reels, Shorts, Stories, TikToks, before/after transformations, etc.)
  • Create clean, on-brand graphics using our black/white/red palette
  • Maintain cohesive branding across OnPoint Upfitters and Airworx

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule daily/weekly posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Respond to comments, messages, and community engagement
  • Track growth, engagement, and performance metrics

Marketing & Branding

  • Assist with digital ads, promotional materials, and event marketing
  • Collaborate with leadership on brand strategy and storytelling
  • Design flyers, banners, brochures, and trade show graphics
  • Help plan and execute product shoots, demo footage, and customer testimonials

Bonus Skills (Not required, but huge plus):

  • Drone photography/videography
  • Understanding of law enforcement and public-safety culture
  • Experience with YouTube thumbnails, social ads, GIFs, and short-form storytelling
  • Graphic design/animation capabilities
  • Familiarity with Whelen, Havis, Westin, DJI, Autel, ACSL, or public-safety gear (you don’t need to be an expert — just comfortable around it)

Qualifications

  • Proven experience creating content for social media (portfolio REQUIRED)
  • Strong photo/video editing ability (mobile or desktop)
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Reliable, self-driven, and creative with a strong sense of branding
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
  • Must be able to legally work in the U.S.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
