We're seeking a Social Media Content Specialist who is fluent in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube and additionally knows how to use these platforms to build communities, spark conversations, and drive measurable business impact for brands.

IMPORTANT: This is a full-time, in-house role based in East Greenwich, RI.

What You’ll Be Doing: As our Social Media Content Specialist, you’ll be the strategic mind behind the scroll-stopping content scheduling and management of content we deliver for brands. You’ll help shape the voice of our clients across platforms and ensure their brand is showing up in all the right places, with purpose and personality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create powerful, evoking video content, in the form of Reels and Shorts
  • Create and execute multi-platform social strategies that align with marketing goals
  • Write powerful, evoking, captivating captions with social posts
  • Manage content calendars and schedule social posts across key channels
  • Work in collaboration with design and content teams
  • Analyze performance metrics and create monthly/quarterly reporting dashboards
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for optimization
  • Monitor trends and platform updates to keep content fresh, informing content creators of trends.
  • Foster community engagement, monitor user comments, and respond in-brand tone
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, digital, web…ect) to ensure a cohesive voice and strategy across all platforms
  • Act as a thought partner for clients by providing expert advice and innovative solutions
  • Have excellent communication with clients, regularly.

What You Bring to the Table

You’re part creative, part strategist, and part digital trend-watcher. You understand the nuances of each platform, not just how they work, but how audiences interact with them.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience in a fast-paced marketing or advertising agency (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience managing brand social media accounts
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills
  • Strong grasp of social strategy, analytics, and digital storytelling
  • Ability to confidently lead client calls and present recommendations
  • Organized, proactive, and highly collaborative
  • Passionate about branding, culture, and what’s next in digital marketing
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite and social media management platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

Education:

A bachelor’s degree in social media marketing or marketing related degree.

Base Salary starts at $52,000
