What You Will Do:

Social Media Strategy & Content Management

• Develop integrated, long-term content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more.
• Create engaging content in multiple formats (visuals, videos, copy) with a strong storytelling approach.
• Publish, schedule, and continuously optimize content for performance.
• Manage the social media calendar and maintain a consistent posting rhythm.
• Write clear, engaging, and inspiring contents for app&web
• Ensure all written content aligns with Astopia’s voice, values, and astrology-focused messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, digital marketing innovations, astrology market insights, and competitor activities

Community Building

• Manage comments, DMs, and all audience interactions proactively and with empathy.
• Build a warm, solution-oriented community feeling across channels.
• Support crisis communication when needed to maintain brand reputation.

Global Influencer Marketing

• Research and identify global influencers of all tiers (micro, macro, mega) aligned with Astopia’s values.
• Build strong relationships and develop creative collaboration concepts.
• Negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end: briefing, content approvals, publishing, tracking, payments.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze performance across all platforms (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
• Prepare clear, insightful reports for internal teams.
• Use data to refine strategies and improve results continuously.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication in Turkish & English.
• Experience in social media and digital marketing (influencer experience is a plus).
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Basic skills in design & editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Midjourney, HeyGen, etc.).
• Interest in AI tools and willingness to use them to enhance creative workflows.
• A genuine passion for astrology, spirituality, and personal growth is a plus.
