This is a full-time, hybrid role based in our Istanbul office. We believe collaboration happens best in person, and the Social Media & Content Specialist will be a visible and active presence across the organization.

The Role: Social Media & Content Specialist

We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist who can independently produce eye-catching content and manage our brand’s social presence with confidence, creativity, and consistency.

You’ll be the voice, lens, and pulse of Denebunu across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube — creating original content, managing community engagement, and helping shape how the world sees us.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have strong experience working in startups and love the speed, ambiguity, and ownership that comes with it.
• Love telling stories visually and verbally — through videos, captions, reels, or carousels
• Are confident shooting and editing social-first content (especially video!)
• Stay ahead of trends and know how to tailor content to each platform’s tone
• Are highly organized and proactive with planning, scheduling, and reporting
• Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, design)
• Are comfortable being in front of the camera or directing others to be

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience managing brand social media channels and content production
• Proven skills in video shooting and editing (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut)
• Experience growing and managing platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
• Copywriting skills for engaging captions, posts, and campaign messaging
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting (Meta, TikTok, Google Analytics)
• Eye for aesthetics and design (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
• Take full ownership of the content creation process — from brainstorming and planning to shooting, editing, scheduling, and publishing across platforms.
• Lead the production of YouTube team videos for the Denebunu channel, including filming, editing, and final delivery.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Worked in consumer-facing industries (beauty, lifestyle, D2C, etc.)
• Experience with UGC campaigns, influencer coordination, or paid social
• Photography and lighting know-how for product and lifestyle shoots
• Blog writing and SEO knowledge for multi-channel content planning
