We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Social Media Content Specialist to elevate our brand’s online presence. In this role, you will craft engaging content, manage social media platforms, and analyze performance metrics to drive brand awareness and audience engagement across digital channels. Your creativity and strategic mindset will be key to shaping compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.

Duties

• Develop, curate, and schedule captivating content tailored for various social media platforms
• Design eye-catching graphics and videos to enhance posts and campaigns
• Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads to maximize reach and engagement
• Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster strong community relationships
• Analyze web analytics and Google Analytics data to assess campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report on key metrics
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing strategies
• Proficiency with graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Familiarity with social media management tools
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics, and Google Analytics
• Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail in branding consistency
• Knowledge of Meta Advertising, social listening techniques, and relationship management practices
• Experience in e-commerce environments is a plus
