Social Media Content Specialist (Part-Time)
$20–$25/hour (based on experience)

Help grow a startup app across Sonoma & Marin County through consistent, high-quality content.

What You’ll Do:

• Travel locally to film at businesses and job sites
• Capture testimonials & promotional videos
• Edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) + assist with YouTube videos
• Write captions, scripts, and apply basic social media SEO
• Schedule, post, and repurpose content across platforms
• Maintain at least 4 posts per week
• Monitor comments and engagement

What You Need:

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
• Your own filming equipment (phone/camera, audio, stabilization)
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Understanding of short-form content, hooks, and engagement
• Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and adapt tone by platform

Nice to Have:

• Experience filming testimonials or working with local/service businesses
• Familiarity with YouTube optimization (titles, thumbnails, retention)

• Consistent, on-time content production
• Clean, engaging videos that build trust
• Growth in reach, engagement, and watch time over time
