Job Title: Social Media & Content Specialist
Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site / Studio-based)
Role Overview: We are seeking a high-energy, creative individual to own the organic social media presence of our EMS fitness studios and pet salon. Your primary focus will be creating "viral-style" video and image content, managing our daily social feeds, and providing creative support during corporate EMS events. You will work alongside our existing SEO and Ads team, focusing strictly on brand storytelling and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Content Creation: Script, film, and edit daily short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) and high-quality images for all platforms.
• Social Media Management: Handle daily posting, caption writing, and community interaction (responding to comments/DMs) to build brand loyalty.
• Corporate Event Support: Attend corporate EMS training events to capture live content, manage "behind-the-scenes" stories, and assist in event coordination.
• Testimonial Production: Interview clients and edit compelling testimonial videos that highlight fitness transformations.
• Brand Voice: Ensure the "Full Circle" brand identity is consistent across all organic digital channels.

Requirements:

• Portfolio Required: Must show examples of fitness or lifestyle-related video editing and social media growth.
• On-Camera Confidence: Ability to direct trainers and clients during shoots and occasionally appear in content if needed.
• Tool Proficiency: Mastery of CapCut, Canva, and native platform editing tools.
• Mobile-First Mindset: Ability to capture professional-looking content using mobile devices and stabilizers.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
