Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a complete social media strategy aligned with brand positioning and business objectives.
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (reels, carousels, stories, posts, captions).
- Lead content ideation, storytelling, and creative direction.
- Manage daily social media operations across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns and launches.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to support project promotions.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and market insights to continuously optimize content strategy.
- Track performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize content based on data and insights.
- Ensure brand consistency, tone of voice, and premium positioning across all platforms.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury brands within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proven ability to build and execute social media strategies, not just publish content.
- Highly skilled content creator.
- Strong visual sense, storytelling, and brand positioning ability.
- Experience with short-form video creation (Reels & TikTok).
- Organized, proactive, creative, and detail-oriented.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Basic video editing (CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut).
- Photography & mobile videography.
- Experience with influencers & UGC creators.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads & boosting strategies.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
