Social Media & Content Specialist

Now Hiring: Social Media & Content Specialist | Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media & Content Specialist to strengthen our digital presence, enhance brand awareness, and drive audience engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.)
• Create engaging content including posts, graphics, videos, blogs, and marketing materials
• Develop and execute social media and content marketing strategies
• Manage website content and support SEO initiatives
• Design brochures, flyers, presentations, company profiles, and promotional materials
• Monitor social media and website analytics and prepare performance reports
• Support branding, recruitment marketing, and business development campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or related roles
• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising
• Excellent English communication and writing skills
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and social media platforms

Preferred

• Experience in Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, or B2B Marketing
• Knowledge of Qatar/GCC market
• Photography, videography, and video editing skills

Technical Skills

• Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• WordPress or CMS platforms
• Google Analytics & Google Search Console
• SEMrush or Ahrefs
• Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects
• Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer

Location: Doha, Qatar (Remote / On-site)
