Our Go-To-Market strategy focuses on live events, B2B horeca partnerships, and unforgettable social content.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media & Content Specialist who will be the voice and visual storyteller of Mr. Henry’s in the UAE. You’ll capture the vibrant energy of events, bring our brand to life on social platforms, and engage directly with our growing community and partners.

This is not a desk-only role – you’ll be out in the field, creating real-time, high-quality content from events, partner venues, and pop-ups.

Key Responsibilities

● Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging social content (photo, video, reels, stories) from events, horeca visits, and brand activations.

● Social Media Management: Own our UAE social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook), ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.

● Event Coverage: Attend key events and festivals to capture the Mr. Henry’s experience in real time.

● Community Engagement: Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions with brand personality and tone.

● Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a UAE-specific posting schedule aligned with marketing campaigns and events.

● Collaboration: Work closely with our European marketing team for aligned branding and campaign execution.

Skills & Experience

● Proven experience in social media content creation and management (preferably in F&B, lifestyle, or events).

● Proficient in leveraging AI tools to enhance social workflows.

● Strong visual skills – photography, videography, and basic editing (CapCut, Adobe, or equivalent).

● On-the-ground mindset – comfortable being present at events, sometimes evenings/weekends.

● Deep understanding of UAE market trends, cultural nuances, and social media habits.

● Fluent in English and Arabic.

● Passion for lifestyle brands and an eye for authentic, engaging storytelling.
