Key Responsibilities

  • Lead content strategy for multiple personal brands across business, tech, startups, and marketing.
  • Study hundreds of competitors to identify winning patterns and content gaps.
  • Analyze previous performance and translate learnings into actionable strategies.
  • Write high-performing hooks and scripts tailored to each niche.
  • Work with AI image generation and video editors to bring ideas to life.
  • Monitor trends, topics, and social shifts daily to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the editing team to refine video output for maximum reach and retention.

Who You Are

  • Youve already cracked 500K+ views on your own or client infotainment reels.
  • You live and breathe short-form content, constantly breaking down what makes something viral.
  • Youre obsessed with hooks, story structure, and visual pacing.
  • You understand editing, even if you dont do it, you know what makes a cut work.
  • Youre analytical, you test, measure, and iterate.
  • Youre the kind of person who cant scroll past a reel without thinking why it worked.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content strategy, reel scripting, or social media growth.
  • Strong understanding of hooks, audience retention, and performance metrics.
  • Experience working with editors, designers, or creative teams.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation or visual generation.
